We have also established a partnering arrangement for the design and manufacture of helical screw piles for all application within construction .

The use of helical piles have been developed within the business and are used on many projects as a fast and efficient means of structure erection. The use of screw piles drastically reduces construction time and is an environmentally friendly method as no excavation is involved.

Conventional methods involving ground excavation, spoil removal, form work fabrication and concrete pouring and curing can take several weeks to complete. The success achieved at many sites around the country has been due to our ability to project manage the complete process. One Source Construction Services can carry out all aspects of domestic and industrial fencing. The team have a vast experience with the installation and respect and understanding on maintaining property boundary, while the installation is taking place and maintaining high level security when opening boundary lines. 

At One Source we have installed many concrete foundations all for different uses. These are mainly on the Rail sector where access is extremely difficult , and logistics have to be planned down to the last minute to ensure  a successful installation.  One source are also able to manufacture precast unit foundations  to  required specification of the customers needs. All foundations come with certificate of conformity and with concrete cube tests to prove the strength of the concrete .
